An elegant Stellenbosch wine with soft aromas of tropical fruit, peach, and a bit of lemon on the nose. On the palate flavours of melon, passion fruit and the freshness of gooseberries as well as cut grass create a long lasting tail.

20 ALMENKERK

Elgin. This single-vineyard wine is crafted to be the ultimate expression of Elgin’s cool climate. Elegant, complex with a core of minerality. A true terroir wine, it osets the typical green aromas of Sauvignon Blanc with the tropical tones of fully ripened fruit.

Chenin blanc

KUMUSHA

A fresh zinger, with aromas of pear, white peach and a pop of lime. Cantaloupe, melon and papaya flavours finish this dry wine.

20 DRYLAND COLLECTION

Citrus, pear, peach and pineapple notes are only some of the aromas evident in the aromatics of this wine. The palate boasts hints of citrus, litchi and vanilla, while the finish is crisp with a well-defined acidity.

LANDSKROON CHARDONNAY

A wine with a dry, well-rounded finish, packed with rich lemony fruit and tropical flavours.

20 CONSTANTIA UITSIG

Distinctive citrus notes of kumquat and grapefruit on the nose, leading to subtle aromas of white peach and dried pears. This fruit-driven bouquet carries through to the palate, where ripe pear flavours deliver a characteristic, full-bodied mouthfeel, developing into a delicate ruby grapefruit aftertaste.

Elgin. Wonderfully fragrant Riesling with foral blossom notes, tropical and citrus fruits. Sweet on the entry with flavours of mango, orange and fresh melon. Finishing off with lime and lemongrass.

Cabernet Sauvignon

KUMUSHA

A beautiful red, with berry fruit flavours to lure you in, coffee and chocolate to finish.

20 PAINTED WOLF

Paarl, Stellenbosch, Swartland. This medium-bodied cabernet sauvignon has aromas of redcurrant, blueberry, blackberry, and cigar box with a touch of oak. The wine has a lovely rich texture, soft ripe tannins with a long fruit driven finish.

25 DELHEIM

Stellenbosch. Aromas of cassis, plum, cedar wood and cigar box with a slight herbaceous undertone. The palate is well structured with fine and delicate tannins and beautiful oak integration. Cassis flavours linger on the finish.

Merlot

GENELLY

Stellenbosch. The Glass Collection Merlot is a deep rich coloured wine. It displays intense dark fruit aromas and spicy plums, the wine reminds one of a Black Forest Gateaux. This Merlot shows tremendous concentration, richness and generous fruit on the palate with fine but well balanced tannins to embrace it all.

25 DELHEIM

Stellenbosch. Notes of tobacco, dark fruit mainly plum and hints of buchu. A medium bodied and fruit driven style of Merlot, with a subtle structure and silky tannins. Fleshy plums, cigar box and oak undertones with very smooth and silky tannins.

Pinotage

PAINTED WOLF

Paarl and Swartland. An intense fruit packed wine with blueberry and mulberry, a hint of milk chocolate, toasty wood flavours, firm savoury tannins and a lingering finish.

20 DRYLAND COLLECTION

It is a known fact that Pinotage vineyards flourish under dryland conditions. The dark colour, explicit aromatics and juicy structure of this wine is a testament to this traditional way of grape farming.

Shiraz

ALVIS DRIFT

A medium-bodied wine boasting plum and mulberry flavours, with notes of pepper, savoury spice, eucalyptus and vanilla.

20 KAAPZICHT SUIDOOSTER

Stellenbosch. Deep purple core, with a ruby rim. Opens with sweet floral perfumes, developing further to reveal wild bramble, mulberry, spicy rhubarb and liquorice. Generous palate and juicy, but also quite focussed and elegant, with harmonious, well integrated oak, and a clean, appetising and long finish.
